What You’ll Learn
The course is divided into four competence fields.
Competence Field A
Applied Textile Communication & Engagement
Consumer Behavior Change Marketing:
Focuses on marketing and promoting sustainable textile products, understanding consumer behavior, analyzing market trends, and leveraging digital strategies to drive awareness and sales in the textile sector.
Living Labs Approach:
Introduces the Living Lab method for sustainable textiles, focusing on co-creation, stakeholder engagement, and implementing scalable textile sustainability projects.
Promotion & Community Engagement:
Covers engaging communities around sustainable textiles, building partnerships, running outreach programs and workshops, and fostering active participation in textile sustainability initiatives.
Competence Field C
Applied Textile Practice & Taking Action
Final Diploma Project:
Applies sustainable textile knowledge through a hands-on project, covering design thinking, practical communication, implementation, and evaluation.
Competence Field B
Applied Textile Facilitation & Counseling
Training Delivery:
Focuses on designing and delivering effective training on sustainable textiles, including facilitation techniques, engaging materials, technology integration, and evaluating learning outcomes.
Counseling Facilitation:
Covers counseling and facilitation techniques focused on sustainable textiles, including environmental impacts, material choices, consumer behavior, communication skills, and promoting sustainable practices.
